Here are a list of commonly asked questions about Only Fingers and Toes London.

Q:  Is your product Vegan?

A:  We do not test on animals or use animal products in the production of our nail polish.

Q:  Are your bottles and boxes both recyclable?

A:  Our bottles are 100% glass and are thus recyclable. The bottles must be free from residual polish residue before being placed into recycling containers. Use nail polish remover and leave for an hour and rinse with warm water. Our outer packaging is completely recyclable. Please check back soon. We are developing a bottle give back program to reward you for the return of empty bottles. 

Q:  Does your polish have chemicals?

A:  In 2012, we were one of the first brands to remove the 5 toxic chemicals that are traditionally found in nail polish  We believe that your beauty choices shouldn't impact your health and are always working to ensure that our product is gentle and kind to you and the environment. 

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?

A: Today, we ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. We now have offices in the U.S. and will begin shipping to the US and select countries in Europe and Asia in 2017. 

Q: I would like to return products that I have purchased. What is your policy?

A: We accept returns and full refunds for products that are unopened in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information. 

Q: How does shipping work? 

A: Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free of charge in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We offer an overnight shipping service if an order is received before noon on the day of purchase. Overnight shipping is based upon your postal address. 

Q: I would like to make a complaint, who do I contact?

A: To make a complaint, please email our customer service team at customer.services@ofat.co.uk. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
